My wife recently went out this past weekend and she ended up kissing another guy. She did tell me, about it but I really didn’t know how to respond. I’m glad she told me. However, it seems like it was no big deal to her, she said it was just a kiss and she was drunk, but I don’t understand why she would in the first place. What am I missing, not only that she did get his number and gave her number to him. She added him to her facebook, he knows that she is married. Am I reading too much into this? Was it just a good time out and the drinks got the best of her? Or is there something more? I’m really confused maybe I shouldn’t be!

This has trouble written all over it. I don't think she would like it if the shoe were on the other foot (perhaps you should remind her of that). "Just a Kiss" can lead to more, and she shouldn't have exchanged phone numbers or added him as her friend on Facebook. That's not normal behavior for a married woman and you have every right to be concerned.
